| 在我国经济社会转型时期，图书馆事业发展面临诸多变化与挑战。本文采用内容分析法，调研美国图书馆界5份重要的最新战略规划，分析其战略规划要点和相应的实施举措，归纳出目前美国图书馆行业的7个发展要点，即理念强调、队伍建设、支持创新、服务升级、交流合作、增强宣传和政策参与，这为新时期我国图书馆事业的发展提供一定的参考和借鉴。 |

| In the period of China’s economic and social transformation, the development of library is facing many changes and challenges. This paper adopts content analysis method, investigates five important new strategic plans of the American library community and analyzes the key points of them, including idea emphasizing, team construction, support for innovation, upgrading services, communication and cooperation, strengthening publicity and participating in policy formulation, and provides some reference for the development of Chinese library career in the new period. |
