| 近年来，在“让文物活起来”思路的指引下，文物数字化影像授权模式在激活博物馆馆藏资源存量、发挥市场机制调动各方参与文创产品开发中发挥着重要作用。目前，我国已形成以下属部门或直属机构为代表的直接授权模式和以代理商或授权平台为代表的委托授权模式。上述模式在推动文物数字化影像授权中发挥了重要作用，但也存在市场参与度不高、管控风险增加等问题。因此，应从制度激励、资源整合、风险防范3个方面进行完善。 |

| In recent years, under the guidance of the idea of “living cultural relics”, the digital image authorization model of cultural relics has played an important role in activating the museum’s stock resources and using market mechanisms to mobilize all parties to participate in cultural and creative product development. At present, China has formed a direct authorization model represented by the following affiliated departments or agencies and a delegation authorization model represented by agents or authorized platforms. The above models have played an important role in promoting the digital image authorization of cultural relics, but there are also problems such as low market participation and increased control risks. Therefore, it should be improved from three aspects: institutional incentives, resource integration, and risk prevention. |
