| 科学计量学与信息计量学国际学术研讨会（ISSI）是科学计量学和信息计量学领域重要的国际会议之一。本文对ISSI 2019收录的论文进行归纳总结，全面分析会议主旨内容及未来发展趋势，以期为该领域学者提供参考和借鉴。本文以会议收录的261篇论文为研究对象，对科学计量学与信息计量学领域的研究主题进行梳理分析。结果表明，研究主题主要包含科研资助与评价、科研交流与合作、替代计量分析、技术创新与专利计量、计量指标与模型、学术文本挖掘与可视化和其他专题研究。在数据来源方面，开放获取运动以及海量的替代计量数据使得计量学向数据密集型研究范式转变，同时以深度学习和自然语言处理为代表的新一代技术改进了科学计量学的分析工具与技术，拓展了科学计量学研究的技术路径。 |

| The International Conference on Scientometrics and Informetrics is one of the most important international conferences in the field of scientometrics and informetrics. This paper comprehensively analyzed and summarized the main content of the papers included in ISSI 2019 proceedings, which can provide reference for scholars in related fields in China. 261 papers included in the conference proceedings were taken as research objects to analyze the research topics in the field of scientometrics. The results show that research topics mainly include scientific research funding and evaluation, scientific communication and collaboration, altmetrics, technological innovation and patent analysis, indicator and model, academic text mining and visualization and other studies.In terms of data sources, open access movement and massive data generated by social media make the research paradigm of scientometricsshift to data intensive. Meanwhile, new technologies, such as deep learning and natural language processing, provide analytical tools of scientometrics and expand technical path of analysis in the field of scientometrics. |
