| 科学数据是一种宝贵的国家战略性和基础性资源，科学数据的有效管理对支撑国家科技创新和国家安全的作用日益凸显。本文梳理山东省科技计划科学数据工作现状与问题，结合国家科技计划科学数据工作经验，从政策制定、组织管理、标准规范、系统建设、数据服务5个方面探讨山东省科技计划科学数据工作实施路径，以期为相关实践工作提供指导。 |

| Scientific data is a kind of national precious strategic and basic resources. The effective management of scientific data plays an increasingly significant role in supporting national scientific and technological innovation and national security. This study summarizes the current situation and problems of scientific data work of Shandong Province science and technology programs. Combining the experience of scientific data work of national science and technology plan, this paper discusses the implementation path of science and technology programs scientific data work from the aspects of policy making, organization management, standards and specifications, system construction and data service in order to provide reference for relevant practical work. |
