| 为了解国内图书馆在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎期间开展应急服务的现状，总结经验和不足，并对后续以及未来应急服务的开展提供参考和借鉴。对国内公共图书馆、高校图书馆以及科学图书馆在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下开展的服务进行调查，并对调查结果进行梳理和归纳。面对突发公共事件，图书馆已经参与到应急服务中，并在资源管理、科学传播、文化教育、决策支持等方面发挥积极的作用。但从总体来看，图书馆应急服务能力不足，可以从建立应急管理体系，加强应急服务团队建设，开发和利用应急服务平台，研究应急服务内容和形式，收集和保存应急信息资源等方面进行努力。 |

| In order to understand the current situation of library emergency services in the fight against COVID-19, summarize experiences and shortcomings, and provide reference for future emergency services. This paper searches the services of the public libraries, university libraries and science libraries in domestic under the epidemic situation, and summarize the search results. In the face of public health emergencies, the library has been involved in emergency services, and has played a positive role in resource management, scientific communication, cultural education, decision-making support, and achieved some results. But on the whole, the emergency service capacity of library is insufficient. It is suggested that efforts should be made to establish emergency management system, strengthen the construction of emergency service team, develop and use emergency service platform, study the content and form of emergency service, and collect and save emergency resources. |
