| 为对标学习世界高水平大学图书馆学术出版服务的先进做法，本文以德国理工大学联盟成员图书馆、英国N8大学联盟成员图书馆及美国常春藤联盟成员图书馆为研究对象，运用文献调研法对样本馆学术出版服务的先进经验进行总结分析。结果表明，样本馆学术出版服务主体、服务内容与服务载体具有明显的核心竞争优势：与校内外机构通力合作，为馆方学术出版服务提供必要的软硬件支持；以用户学术出版的共性与个性问题为依据，增强学术出版服务内容的贴近性与实用性；基于新媒体技术打造学术出版资源一站式导航系统，辅助用户便捷获取契合需求预期的定制化资源。以其为标杆，我国大学图书馆应与各方主体建立学术出版服务联盟，提供动态匹配用户学术出版进程的服务内容，构建智能化学术出版资源导航平台，提高图书馆学术出版服务的深度和广度。 |

| In order to summarize the practical experience of academic publishing service in the world’s high-level university library, the article take the German Universities of Technology library members, Britain N8 university library and the library of the ivy league members as the research object, using literature research method to sample analysis summarized the advanced experience of academic publishing service. The results show that the main body, content and carrier of the library’s academic publishing services have obvious core competitive advantages: cooperating with institutions inside and outside the university to provide necessary hardware and software support for the library’s academic publishing services; Based on the commonness and individuality of users’ academic publishing, the service content of academic publishing should be closer and more practical. To build a one-stop navigation system for academic publishing resources based on new media technology, to assist users to easily obtain customized resources that meet their needs and expectations. Taking it as a benchmark, China’s university libraries should establish academic publishing service alliance with various subjects, provide service content that dynamically matches users’ academic publishing process, build an intelligent academic publishing resource navigation platform, and improve the depth and breadth of library academic publishing services. |
