      通过对径向弹簧双质量飞轮(DMF RS)的减振工作原理的分析得到了其独特的硬非线性负刚度特性,并采用谐波平衡法计算了其特殊的幅频、相频非线性传递特性;在此基础上,通过与传统离合器从动盘式扭转振动减振器(CTD)进行对比,仿真分析了DMF RS在发动机怠速工况激励下的动态响应,证明了其良好的减振能力和低频滤波能力;随后建立了DMF RS虚拟样机进行动力学仿真,研究了次级飞轮输出角加速度与设计变量的关系,采用广义简约梯度法进行了虚拟样机参数优化,为DMF RS的设计提供了参考。通过传动系固有特性分析发现,不论是在怠速工况还是常用行驶工况下,DMF RS都能有效避免传动系发生共振。
英文摘要:
      The specific hard nonlinear negative stiffness characteristics of a dual mass flywheel radial spring (DMF RS) was obtained on the basis of its working principle analysis, and its nonlinear transfer behavior was calculated by means of harmonic balance. Based on this, a contrast of the DMF RS with traditional clutch torsional damper (CTD) about dynamic response under the idle condition of engine was conducted, which illustrated the favorable vibration attenuation and the low frequency filter efficiency of DMF RS. Further more, a virtual prototype for DMF RS was built, and the dynamic simulation was made, besides the relationship between the output angular acceleration of the secondary flywheel and design variables was studied. Then, the parameter optimization of the virtual prototype using the GRG method was executed, which was of great significance to the design of DMF RS. Finally, according to the nature frequency analysis of driveline equipped with DMF RS, DMF RS could keep the driveline from resonance under both idle and driving conditions.
