| The analysis of patent legal status data structure is the basis of patent legal status data processing. This paper takes the XML data of patent legal status provided by the open patent service (OPS) of the European Patent Office (EPO) as the research object, introduces the method of obtaining the legal status data of OPS and the new data format currently used, analyzes the XML data structure and analyzes the key data elements in detail, which provides reference for the processing of EPO OPS legal status data. |
