      [目的/意义]自然灾害危及人民生存与社会发展,构建自然灾害事件本体以进行知识组织研究,对于优化自然灾害事件应急管理工作具有重要意义。[方法/过程]在系统回顾与梳理自然灾害事件、本体、三元世界等相关概念、理论与既有研究的基础上,采用斯坦福大学本体构建“七步法”并复用 Event 通用事件语义模型,设计出自然灾害事件本体,以湖南省 2022 年 6 月汛灾与 10 月新田县森林火灾事件为实例,利用 Protégé 软件进行本体可视化构建。[结果/结论]所构建的自然灾害事件本体能够厘清事件要素及要素间关系,通过实例应用,结合三元世界理论提出自然灾害事件知识组织及应急管理的优化策略。
英文摘要:
      [Objective/Significance] Natural disasters endanger people’s survival and social development, and the construction of natural disaster event ontology for knowledge organization research is of great significance to optimize the emergency management of natural disaster events. [Methods/Processes] On the basis of systematically reviewing and combing natural disaster events, ontology, ternary world and other related concepts, theories and existing research, the study uses Stanford University ontology construction “seven-step method” and reuses Event general event semantic model, designs natural disaster event ontology, with the June 2022 flood in Hunan Province and the forest fire incident in Xintian County in October 2022 as examples, and uses Protégé software to visualize and construct the ontology. [Results/Conclusions] The constructed natural disaster event ontology could clarify the elements of the event and the relationship between the elements, and through the application of examples, the paper proposes the optimization strategy of natural disaster event knowledge organization and emergency management by combining the theory of cyber-physical-social ternary world.
