| 科技人才队伍建设离不开政策的支持和引导。本文搜集了上海现行有效的科技人才政策，从出台政策的频度、政策发文单位、政策面向的人才层次、政策类型四个角度对上海科技人才政策进行了详细的分析，以期对上海的科技人才政策发展现状有一个更为清晰完整的认识。 |

| The construction of science and technology talents is dependent on the support and guidance of the policy. This paper collected current effective policies of science and technology talents in Shanghai,and analyzed its science and technology talents policy texts from four aspects: frequentness of introducing policies, work units, talent level which the policy support and the policy types, to present a more clear understanding of the development situation of Shanghai science and technology talents policies. |
