| 人类遗传资源样本信息是国家重要的战略性资源，其共享过程中因涉及到各个相关机构之间的利益问题而变得十分复杂。本文分析了人类遗传资源信息共享的成本和收益等相关理论基础，分别构建了样本信息提供方与共享平台、样本信息需求方与共享平台，以及政府与共享平台之间的两两博弈模型，通过模型求解和分析，从各个利益相关方的角度提出提升样本信息资源共享效率的建议。 |

| The sample information of human genetic resources is an important national strategic resource. The sharing process is complicated by the interests of various related institutions. This paper analyzed the theoretical basis of the cost and benefit of human genetic resources information sharing, and constructed two-two game models between sample information provider and the sharing platform, between sample information demander and the sharing platform, and between the government and the sharing platform. The models were solved and analyzed, and suggestions for improving the efficiency of sharing sample information resources were proposed from the perspective of various stakeholders. |
