      从横向比较与纵向演化两个维度、社会学与地理学两个层面对中国大陆高被引论文区域合作进行研究,有助于把握地区间高质量科研合作网络特征与地理分布状况。基于中国大陆 ESI 高被引区域合作论文(2008-2018 年)数据,主要利用社会网络分析法分别从网络密度、中心性、网络聚类和网络演化等方面进行分析,并用地理可视化方法得以展示。以胡焕庸线为界,高被引论文产出主要集中在东南部地区,西北部地区的产出更依赖区域合作;地区间合作日益紧密并呈现出典型的小世界性,核心 — 边缘结构非常明显,科技实力成为影响区域聚类的主要因素;大部分地区网络连接规模逐步增长,科技发达的地区占据着区域联通路径的关键位置,区域合作网络呈 “ 东密西疏 ” 的特点,连通性逐渐增强但网络结构不够合理。

      From the two dimensions of horizontal comparison and vertical evolution, sociology and geography, this paper studies the regional cooperation of highly cited papers in China, which is helpful to grasp the characteristics and geographical distribution of high quality scientific research cooperation network between regions. Based on the data of ESI highly cited regional cooperation paper (2008 / 2018) in mainland China, this paper mainly analyzes the network density, centrality, network clustering and network evolution by using social network analysis method, and shows it by geographical visualization method. Taking Hu line as the boundary, the output of highly cited papers is mainly concentrated in the southeast, and the output in the northwest is more dependent on regional cooperation. Regional cooperation is increasingly close and presents a typical small world, the core-edge structure very obvious, and the scientific and technological strength has become the main factor affecting regional clustering. The scale of network connection in most regions is gradually increasing, and the regions with developed science and technology occupy the key position of regional connectivity path. The regional cooperation network is characterized by dense in the east and sparse in the west, and the connectivity is gradually enhanced, but the network structure is not reasonable enough.
