| Energy has become one of the bottleneck problems which restrain the development of Chinese economy increasingly. It has more and more become an urgent and important issue to safeguard the country's energy security through diplomatic and strategic methods. It is also of great significance to understand the energy foreign policies of major countries in the world extensively and intensively, since it would be a help for developing an energy diplomatic strategy of Chinese characteristics and opening up a new situation in China's energy diplomacy. |
