| 面对全球金融危机的蔓延，本文通过对中国经济发展现状的分析，提出了中国经济必须走内涵式的发展道路；必须加快国内经济结构的调整，并把转变发展方式与保增长速度作为两项同等重要的优先目标；同时，本文强调：政府只有将短期政策与长期政策有机地结合，中国才能够得到更大的发展。 |

| In the face of global financial crisis keeping overspreading, the paper analyzes the status quo of the economic development of China and proposes Chinese economy should take a way of intensive development, accelerate transition of domestic economic structure and consider development mode transition and holding growth as equally important priorities. And the paper highlights that China could develop significantly through integration of short-term policies and long-term policies. |
