| The paper introduces the climate monitoring and disaster alarming systems in France, including its objective, approach, cooperation partner and the typical events. To meet the severe challenge coming from the global abnormal climate change, France has taken some effective and indispensable measures, such as enhancing the disaster education, establishing advanced disaster alarming and mitigation system, and meanwhile reinforcing the research on disaster evaluation. |
