| In February 2008, Lee Myung-bak published a series of new policies on science and technology after he acceded to Korean president. The paper mainly introduces the content of “The 2nd Science and Technology Basic Plan（2008-2012）” issued by the government, analyzes and summarizes the government’s science and technology policies, for references to relevant people. |
