| For dealing with the influenza around the world, Belgium set up formally a series of correspond institutions in 2006. The emergency mechanism is the guarantee for implementing Belgium pandemic influenza preparedness plan and measures. This article presents Belgium’s public health system, organization at national level outside a crisis period and during a crisis period, comparativeness between Belgium’s emergency system and WHO phases, governmental function, etc. |
