| 1997年东南亚经济危机的原因之一是东南亚国家的公司治理比较混乱，从而在危机中暴露出很多的问题，马来西亚认识到了这个问题，并在之后进行了一系列的公司治理改革。本文将从马来西亚在改革前的情况和改革的措施（特别是对银行业的措施）以及相关的效果进行分析。在当前发生的经济危机中，公司治理有其导致危机的原因之一，因此，本文对于当前经济问题中的现成企业也有一定借鉴意义。 |

| One of the courses leading to the Asian financial crisis in 1997 lay in the weakness of their corporate governances. After realizing this point, the government of Malaysia launched a series of reforms on its corporate governance. The paper focuses on situation before the reform and measures of the reform (especially to banking)and the relevant results in Malaysia. As to the recent happing economic crisis of the whole world, ill corporate governance should be one of the reasons. So the paper could offer some inspirations to enterprises in the present crisis. |
