| 全球气候变暖的趋势下，西方发达国家纷纷推出低碳经济发展战略与政策。这些政策措施主要表现为：改造传统高碳产业，加强低碳技术创新；积极发展可能源能源与新型清洁能源；应用市场机制与经济杠杆，促使企业减碳；加强国际范围内的减碳协作等。对我国发展低碳经济的启示是：必须尽快提出低碳经济战略，建立起低碳经济法律保障体系，加强低碳技术创新与制度创新，大力发展低碳产业群，激励企业从事低碳生产与经营等。 |

| Under the trend of global warming, the Western developed countries have introduced a low-carbon economic development strategies and policies. These policies and measures include the transformation of traditional carbon-intensive industries to strengthen the low-carbon technology innovation, active development of renewable energy and new clean energy, application of market mechanisms and economic levers to promote enterprise to reduce carbon emissions, strengthening the international cooperation to reduce carbon emissions. The inspiration of low-carbon economy development in China is delivering a low-carbon economic strategy as soon as possible, establishing a low-carbon economic and legal security system, strengthening low-carbon technology innovation and system innovation, developing low-carbon industry groups and encouraging enterprises to engage in low-carbon production and management and so on. |
