| Food production and quality increased because of the improvement of irrigation and water conservancy facilities, agricultural mechanization and agricultural planning since the independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The agricultural reform resulted in great success. In particular, it is reflected in the food sowing area, food production and exports. |
