| 法国战略分析中心2010年7月29日发布的一份针对法国博士就业问题的分析报告发现，法国博士毕业3年后的失业率在2007年首次超过了硕士；并且法国博士失业率是其他OECD国家的3倍。本文综合了该报告的一些调查结果，对法国就业状况和学位水平出现倒挂现象的原因，以及这些现象背后的深层次问题做出了一些解读和分析，并提出法国博士的就业困境对中国的博士教育和人才战略可能的启示和借鉴作用。 |

| A report published by French Strategy Analysis Center on July 29, 2010 showed that the unemployment rate of Doctors exceeded Masters for the first time in 2007, and that rate was three times than other OECD countries. The paper analyzes the reasons of employment difficulty of Doctors in France, and gives some suggestions for China to improve doctoral education and the talents strategy. |
