| 数字经济是指数字技术被广泛应用于经济系统，从而带来了整个经济环境和经济活动的根本变化。数字经济深刻地影响着世界各国的经济与社会生活,也成为后危机时代各国经济发展的战略重点。加拿大政府在2010年开展数字经济战略的全国咨询，并在2011年新预算中宣布实施数字经济战略，以确立加拿大在全球数字经济中的领导地位。本文分析了加拿大数字经济发展的现状、面临的问题及下一步发展战略，为我国加快数字经济发展提供借鉴。 |

| Digital economy is the digital technology applied in econo system wich changes economic environment and economic activities absolutely. Digital economy plays more and more important role in the world economy and society, and has become a significant part of economic development strategy in the post financial crisis era. In order to establish Canada’s global leadership position in the digital economy, the government of Canada launched an online public consultation and announced the implementation of a new digital economy strategy in the 2011 budget. This paper analyzes the digital economy status, problems and development strategy in Canada, and gives some suggestion for China to improve digital economy. |
