| The Future and Emerging Technology Flagship（FET） Initiatives launched by the European Commission is a large-scale basic research to meet the future requirement, which is aiming at fund information science research influencing technology innovation and commercial development significantly and solving the important issues in society and economy. The paper analyzes FET’s implementation roadmap and priorities and puts forward several recommendations for the organization of the key scientific research plan in China to advance the science frontier. |
