| 美国奥巴马政府于2009年发布创新战略，明确提出要增加联邦科研投入对美国经济的影响力，要
加速大学科研成果的转化以促进经济发展和提高就业水平。为此，美国联邦机构和大学都在积极探索科
研成果商业化转化的有效途径。美国近年来出现了一种新型科研成果转化模式，即“概念证明中心”，旨在
支持初期的技术开发，扶持初期企业度过“死亡谷”阶段，进入商业化的中后期。本文对其产生背景、功能
定位、具体实例、发展趋势和绩效评价等进行了研究和分析。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The 2009 innovation strategy of Obama Administration made it clear-cut to increase the economic
impact of federally funded research and accelerate commercialization of university researches to promote
economy development and improve employment. Thus, both federal agencies and universities are actively
involved in searching for effective ways of commercializing federally funded research.Recently，there is a new
model of research commercialization that is proof of concept centers （POCC）to support early-stage technology
development and help early-stage enterprises tide over ‘Death Valley’ stage into commercialization midanaphase.
The paper studies and analyses the background，functional localization，specific examples，development trend
and performance appraisal，and so on. |
