场，成为全球软件产业增长的重要动力。全球软件产业呈现出新的特点，产业结构稳中有变；技术和模式
创新不断涌现；新兴市场成为产业增长的重要动力；行业生态系统逐渐成为产业竞争重点；产业环境错综
复杂。软件技术呈现网络化、智能化、平台化发展趋势；软件产业呈现服务化、融合化发展趋势；软件市场
呈现国际化、整合化发展趋势。 |

| At present, the global software industry is in a period of transformation development and the
BRICs—China，Russia，India and Brazil， as the representative of new market becomes important powers
of global software industry growth，which shows new characteristics that the industrial structure is begining
to change, the innovation of technology and mode is emerging constantly, emerging market is becoming
an important driving force of industrial growth, industrial ecosystem is becoming the focus of industrial
competitiveness, industrial environment is becoming more complex. Software technology presents the trend of
cyberization and intellectual development with taking the form of platform. Software industry develops in the
direction of servitization and integration. In the software market, the trends of internationalization and enterprises
strengthening M&A is becoming more and more obvious. |
