2020年能源新战略给予我们几点启示：凸显能源安全的战略地位；高度重视加强能源外交；着力强化内部

| The EU’s 2020 energy strategy has its unique background, the policy framework of the EU’s
2020 energy strategy and the core content of the new EU energy strategy is the five priority objectives of the EU
countries in the next 10 years the field of energy which are energy conservation being moved into the prime spot
and improving energy efficiency and saving 20% by 2020；promoting the process of EU internal energy market
integration and the establishment of a truly pan-European integrated energy market；giving consumers the right
to reach the highest level of security and reliability；.. ensuring that the EU countries in the global leadership of
energy technology and innovation；strengthening the external scale of the EU energy market. The EU’s 2020
energy strategy has given us several insights which are highlighting the strategic position of the energy security,
attaching great importance to strengthen energy diplomacy and strengthening the internal self-construction, and so
on. |
