的一剂强心针。深入研究奥巴马时代的新能源政策可能产生的影响就显得十分必要，这对于当今中国新能
源政策的制定也具有一定的参考意义。 |

| Since the finance crisis in 2008, Obama administration has taken the new energy policy to promote
the national economy recovery and create much more job opportunities. Obama hopes to exploit a developing
route for the U.S. by implementing “New Energy Strategy” because developing new energy technology can
accelerate the traditional manufacture industry, and in turn the infrastructure and technology of manufacture
industry can thrust the development of new energy technology. The energy policy of the world’s largest energy
consumer, is having a far-reaching influence on the world. So it is very necessary to deeply study the possible
impact of the energy policy and provide some revelations for China to make its energy policy. |
