美国医学研究领域利益冲突是指当事人身负的委托利益有可能受到其自身利益不当影响的一种境况或行为。通过分析产生这类利益冲突的背景，探讨了美国联邦政府、行业协会、研究机构等 3 个不同层次的管理规定，以期为我国相关领域管理提供参考借鉴。 |

| Seeing that the case that University of Texas gave the president of M.D. Anderson Cancer Center the limited exemption of conflict of interest with relevant pharmaceutical companies, this paper introduces the concept and background of conflict of interest, which is defined as a set of circumstances that creates a risk that professional judgment or actions regarding a primary interest will be unduly influenced by a secondary interest, in the U.S. medical sectors, and analyses the policies and rules constituted by U.S. federal agencies, associations and research institutions, hoping to provide some references for making relevant policies regarding conflict of interest management in China. |
