| 随着网络信息时代的飞速发展，数据，已经渗透到当今的每一个行业和业务职能领域，成为重要的生产因素。面对计算机数据生成加快，数据形态日渐复杂，“大数据”成为了新时代网络信息的代言词。大数据在实现“智慧城市”、保障国民安全、促进医疗体系革新发展方面发挥着不可替代的作用。韩国有着先进的科学研发能力，IT电子行业在世界排名居前，同时，韩国作为亚洲科技发达国家，在大数据领域的发展战略有着可以借鉴之处。韩国高层极为重视大数据时代的到来，积极制定了一系列有关“大数据”的发展战略，将大数据技术研发视为“国家意志”的科技项目，而韩国民间企业为加强企业多元化生存空间，也大力研究大数据技术的商业应用。 |

| With the rapid development of Internet information, data have penetrated into each field of industry and business functions today, and it has become an important factor of production. With explosive growth of computer data and increasingly complex forms of data, “big data” has become a byword of the new era of network information. South Korea’s IT electronics industry ranks the top in the world with advanced scientific research and development capabilities. South Korea leaders have attached great importance to the big data era, developed a series of “big data” development strategy actively, and put the big data technology research and development as a
“national will” for its science and technology projects. In order to strengthen enterprises’diversification of living space, South Korea private enterprises also research big data technology for commercial applications vigorously. |
