| 进入到 2010 年代，全球对 5G 概念给予了高度关注。基于通信产业界发起的对 5G 技术的展望，主要国家都启动了 5G 研发计划。欧盟希望迅速发展 5G 技术，以维持和加强欧洲企业的领导地位；日本设立了 5G 研究组；韩国在 5G 研发机构设立、长远规划、促进战略以及研发投入等方面都有积极表现；美国积极开展 5G 项目的研发；中国也在全方位布局 5G 技术的研发工作。目前，5G 的技术标准尚未统一，但各个国家对其场景的总体设想是趋同的。未来对 5G 概念的定义将不同于以往任何一代移动通信系统，它对全球提出了前所未有的技术、运营和管控挑战，在接入技术、频谱管理以及标准化等方面如何积极应对这些挑战，是亟需探索的。 |

| The 5th Generation Mobile Communication Technology (5G) is getting more and more attention since 2010. Based on the 5G prospective of communication industry, major countries including EU states, the US, Japan, South Korea, as well as China, have launched 5G research and development plans one after another. And the implementation of relevant projects also gave further impetus for the 5G scenarios. Although the 5G standard has not yet unified, the general ideas of different plans is convergent. Anyhow, the definition of 5G concept in the future will be different from any previous generation mobile communication system. It brings unprecedented challenges in technology and operation management, so it is particularly urgent to tackle challenges over the radio access technology, spectrum management and technology standardization. |
