| The report of “Industry 4.0 - Economics Potential for Germany” was issued in 2014 by the Information Industry, Telecommunications and New Media Association (BITKOM) of Germany. It predicts that the German economy will benefit from the fourth industrial revolution, and the cumulative value creation of the six key industries in Germany is expected up to € 78 billion by the year of 2025 by implementation of the German Industry 4.0. This paper analyzes the purpose, methods, the main conclusions and implementation conditions of the forecast, and studies the organization and management system of German Industry 4.0. |
