| 2008.年全球金融危机爆发以来，美国将发展先进制造业提升到增强国家经济实力、保障国防安全、确保全球竞争优势的重要战略高度。2012.年.3.月，奥巴马提议创建由.15.个制造业创新研究所组成的国家制造业创新网络。作为制造业创新研究所的概念验证性行动，增材制造创新研究所于.2012.年.8.月成立，以开放创新与协同创新理念为指导，采取联邦与私营部门.1:1.的资助机制、共享管理的组织模式等协同创新运行机制，其会员数量在两年时间内从成立之初的.58.个发展到.95.个，为研究所的可持续创新发展奠定了基础。结合我国战略性新兴产业发展遇到的问题，美国增材制造创新研究所的协同创新机制对我国战略性新兴产业发展具有如下启示：分工协作避免重复；发展先进制造综合能力；协同促进创新集群发展；建立市场化的参与回报机制。 |

| Since the 2008 global financial crisis, the United States had raised the advanced manufacturing to the strategic level in order to enhance its national economic strength, protect the national security, and to ensure its global competitive advantage. In March 2012, Obama proposed to create a national network comprising of 15 innovation manufacturing Institutes. As a proof of concept of manufacturing innovation institute, the U.S. National Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute was established in August 2012. Based on the principle of open innovation and synergy innovation, the institute implements the funding mechanism of collaboration between the federal and private sectors, and adopts the organizational model of shared management. The paper elucidates the synergy innovation mechanism of the Additive Manufacturing Innovation Institute, as the reference for the development of Chinese strategic emerging industries. |
