| 英国近期发布了新的科学与创新战略，试图面向未来 5年对科技发展进行长远规划。该战略不仅涉及科学与创新重点选择以及创新激励政策，而且还包括科研基础设施投入等多个方面。本研究结合调研对该战略的制定背景进行了详细分析，对其制定过程进行了系统介绍，对其主要内容进行概述，以期为国内了解英国情况和制定“十三五规划”提供参考。 |

| UK’s Science and Innovation Strategy was published at the end of 2014, which intends to make a five-year planning for the science and technology development of UK. The strategy is involved in a long term science capital investment roadmap as the same as selection of the science and innovation priorities and also series of policies to encourage innovation. In this paper, the background, process and main content of the strategy were summarized, which may give a reference to the 13th five-year plan of science and technology development in China. |
