| 电子商务正在迅速改变着企业之间以及与消费者和政府间的互动模式，这种现象在发展中经济体尤为突出。本文通过分析联合国贸发会议发布的《2015年信息经济报告》，研究全球电子商务问题，详细描述如何利用信息通信技术来支持经济增长和可持续发展，并为发展中国家充分开发电子商务潜力、完善相关法律问题提出了政策建议。 |

| Electronic commerce is transforming the way by which enterprises interact with each other as well as with consumers and governments, and growing rapidly in developing economies. Based on the “Information Economy Report 2015” issued by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), the article examines the global electronic commerce and elaborates how to apply the information and communication technology to support economic growth and sustainable development. Finally it gives suggestions for developing countries on how to fully realize the potential of electronic commerce and to improve their relevant laws. |
