| 英国在全球低碳发展中发挥重要作用。本文在介绍英国低碳能源投资报告概况的基础上，重点介绍了海上风能、陆上风能、太阳能光伏、海洋技术、生物质与生物能源、水电、核能、碳捕集与封存等低碳技术的最新进展，分析总结了促进这些低碳能源技术发展的创新经验，提出我国通过加强基础研究、强调企业低碳创新、完善支持机制及深化国际合作等方面的启示。 |

| Britain plays an important role in global low carbon energy development. Based on introducing the progress on low carbon energy investment in United Kingdom, the paper reviews the latest development of low carbon energy technologies including offshore wind, onshore wind, solar PV, marine technologies, biomass and bioenergy, hydropower, nuclear energy, carbon capture and storage and so on. Innovative experience on promoting the development of low carbon energy technologies is summarized. The paper also puts forward some suggestions for China,s low carbon energy development like strengthening the basic research, stressing the low carbon innovation of enterprises, making a perfect support mechanism, and deepening international cooperation, etc. |
