| 韩国自 1960年代起开始振兴软件产业，近年在软件技术研发、技术融合应用、市场规模、出口额等方面都获得了巨大的突破，软件产业已成为韩国经济发展的重要指标之一。自 2013年新政府上台后，出台了一系列软件产业振兴规划举措，软件被定义为实现“创造经济”的重要“工具”产业，并制定了人才、技术研发、市场、产业环境等具体战略，值得我国借鉴。 |

| South Korea started developing software industry since the 1960s. Recently, South Korea has made great breakthroughs in software technology R&D, technology integration and application, market size and exports. Software industry now has become one of the indicators of economic development of South Korea. Since the new government came to power in 2013, South Korea has issued a series of software industry promotion plans in which software is to be defined as an important tool which can help achieve the creative economy, and developed strategies on professional talents training, high technology R&D, market and industry environment, which are worth to be learned. |
