| 目前，中国的发展处于重要战略机遇期，改革进入深水区。在全球化背景下，中国特色新型智库的发展逐渐上升到了国家战略的高度，提出要发展中国特色新型智库。中国智库的发展，需要其拥有保持竞争优势的独特能力，本文将核心能力这一理论应用于智库，从创新能力、政府政策影响力、社会公共影响力和国际化能力这4个维度研究中国智库的核心能力，探究中国智库核心能力的影响因素，并进行实证分析研究各因素的影响强度，提出智库建设的对策。 |

| To develop Chinese think-tank requires the unique ability to maintain a competitive advantage. The core competence theory is applied to the think-tank in the paper, which is split into four parts with the innovation ability, government policy influence ability, public influence ability and international ability in order to explore the core competence of Chinese think-tank and its influencing factors. The effect intension of each is empirically analyzed, and the appropriate countermeasures for the construction of the new type of Chinese characteristics think-tank are given. |
