| “分享经济”作为一种新型商业模式，在国内外发展迅速。本文从“分享经济”的发展态势、面临的主要问题出发，分析了当前世界主要发达国家和我国发展“分享经济”的做法以及“分享经济”兴起的原因。同时指出，“分享经济”对推动经济转型升级具有积极作用，但与传统经济发展模式仍然存在摩擦，且制度机制升级不畅、区域基础设施分配不均等原因也会阻碍“分享经济”发展。基于此，本文认为，应继续完善社会信用体系建设、推进精细监管体制建设，并通过设立“分享经济”专项试点推广“分享经济”在全国开展。 |

| As a new business model, “Sharing Economy” is developing rapidly in the world. After describing development and problems of the “Sharing Economy”, this paper mainly analyzes some practice examples and reasons that the “Sharing Economy” raised in China and some developed countries. It also points out that “Share Economy” plays an active role in economic transformation and upgrading promotion, but conflicts with traditional economic developing modes are also existed, and its developed process maybe obstructed by smoothless mechanism upgrade, and unequal regional infrastructure distribution. It is finally recommended that social credit system construction should be continually improved, fine supervision system construction be promoted, and some special pilots should be established ,in order to promote the “Sharing Economy” of China. |
