| Based on Chinese current situation of overall accelerating the pace of construction of science, technology and innovation hub, focusing on Bejing and Shanghai, this paper took the Silicon Valley as example and quantitatively revealed its main characteristics on population and education, economy and innovation, and society and environment, then discussed its enlightenments to China’s strategic decision-making. |
