| 瑞典作为一个后发的工业化国家，在100年的时间里，从一个农业国成长为创新领先、生活质量高的福利国家，其科技创新体系功不可没。本文结合国际和瑞典学者对瑞典科技创新体系的分析研究，以及对瑞典科技界的实地访谈和了解，总结了瑞典科技创新体系的特点及其形成原因，指出瑞典政府长期稳定的支持、大企业的贡献、持续不断的评估改进等经验可为我国借鉴。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| As a late industrialized country, Sweden grows into an innovation-leading welfare country enjoying high quality of life from an agricultural country within a century. Its science, technology and innovation system contributes to this course. The paper summarizes the characteristics of Swedish science, technology and innovation system combining with the analysis of the forming reasons, based on international and domestic studies about the Swedish system, and the author’s first-hand observation and discussion with Swedish government officials, researchers and scholars. It points out that a long-term and stable financial input from government, contributions from large enterprises, and continuous evaluation and improvement are the experience China could learn from. |
