| 美国硅谷地区是全球创新中心。2016年硅谷地区创新创业整体继续向前发展，高技术产业的带动和辐射效应明显，但制约创新创业持续发展的负面因素不断积累，创新创业速度有所减缓。本文在《2017硅谷指数》数据的基础上，总结分析了硅谷地区创新发展的最新动态，并对我国推动创新创业发展提出相关政策建议。 |

| Silicon Valley region is the center of global innovation. In 2016, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship of Silicon Valley region advanced continuously as a whole, but the speed has been slowing down due to some restrictive factors. This paper analyzes the latest development trend of innovation mainly based on the data from “2017 Silicon Valley Index” and put forward some policy proposals for promoting the development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship. |
