| According to the budget fiscal year 2018 of the U.S. government respectively submitted by the President Donald J. Trump in March and May, 2017, the paper analyzes the focus of the budget, the main aspects of cutting the federal government expenditure, the changes in R&D budgets and funding priorities. It presents some directions that need to be concerned as well as policy recommendations. |
