| 目前，“一带一路”建设已从理念转化为行动，建设成果丰硕。科技创新合作是“一带一路”建设的重要组成部分，通过与“一带一路”沿线国家开展科技人文交流、共建联合实验室、科技园区合作、技术转移等行动发挥着日益重要的作用。本文梳理了近年来我国与“一带一路”沿线国家开展科技创新合作的情况，并分析了存在的问题和面临的挑战。 |

| At present, the Belt and Road has been transformed from concept to action, and has obtained great achievements. Science technology and innovation (STI) cooperation is an important part of the construction of the Belt and Road, and has played an important role increasingly through scientific and cultural exchanges, joint laboratories, science and technology parks and technology transfer centers with the countries along the Belt and Road. This paper reviews the situation of STI cooperation with the countires along the Belt and Road in recent years, and analyzes the existing problems and challenges. |
