| 科技变革将会创造新的生产力和新的产业组织模式，也会带来就业结构的重大变化。文章对人工智能替代现有就业的模式和特点进行了分析，探讨了人工智能创造新就业的5种主要途径。在此基础上，从时间进程、行业分布、岗位技能等不同维度，梳理总结了人工智能就业影响的基本特征，并提出了应对建议。 |

| Science and technology revolutions bring significant changes in the employment structure besides reforming productivity and industrial organization mode. The paper analyzes the modes of job replacement of artificial intelligence (AI), discusses five ways that AI would help to create new jobs. A summary on the basic characters of employment impact of AI is given from three aspects of time course, industrial distribution and job skill. Finally, the paper gives some suggestions to cope with the challenges in future. |
