| 本文阐述了全球科技创新中心的内涵并对相关评价进行了梳理。以全球科技创新中心评价为切入点，通过分析发现：全球创新城市形成了美洲和欧洲两极主导、亚洲跟随的格局；全球创新网络重心有往亚洲转移的趋势；北京创新地位逐年上升，已成为亚洲创新网络的重要节点；北京有着研发能力强、企业研发投入大等优势，但也有缺乏顶尖人才、创业活动支持度不足以及企业创新有待提升等劣势。最后提出了北京应积极探索发展模式、加强高端人才引进、鼓励企业创新完善创业生态的建议。 |

| This paper describes the connotation of the Global Science and Technology Innovation Center and reviews the relevant evaluations.Taking the evaluation of the Global Science and Technology Innovation Center as the entry point. Through analysis, it is found that global innovation cities have formed a dominant position in America and Europe, followed by Asia; global innovation network is gradually shifting to Asia; Beijing's innovation status has increased year by year and has become an important node of the Asian innovation network; Beijing has advantages such as strong research and development capabilities, large investment in R&D of enterprises, but lack of top talents, insufficient support for entrepreneurial activities, and enterprise innovation capabilities need to be improved. Finally, it puts forward suggestions that Beijing should actively explore the development model, strengthen the introduction of high-end talents, encourage enterprises to innovate and improve the entrepreneurial ecology. |
