| 为满足国家战略需求，特别是国防战略需求，美国从20世纪40年代起陆续建立了一批国家实验室。随着时代的发展，这些国家实验室的职能也在积极调整，为所在地方的经济发展做出一定的贡献。与此同时，囿于思维的历史惯性以及体制机制障碍，在服务地方经济过程中仍然存在诸多制约和限制。本文提炼总结了美国国家实验室服务地方经济的主要做法，挖掘其中仍然存在的不足，从中得出几点启示。 |

| A series of national laboratories in the United States under the Department of Energy have been established to meet the national need of strategic level, especially national defence need. But as time evolves, the mission of these national laboratories have to be modulated to adapt to new situations ,contributing their parts to promote national and local economy.But due to the historical restrictions, the National labs under DOE really have some institutional obstacles to overcome in doing better this job.This article highlights some ways and approach for the national laboratories in serving the local economoy,and also indicates some deficiencies. Hope these will provide some inspirations to Chinese National labs construction.. |
