| The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is creating new challenges to the existing laws and raising serious ethical questions. Due to its complexity and powerful effect on economy, security and human life, it is necessary to regulate AI. The impact of AI on legislation is reflected in various fields, and countries of the world are thinking about countermeasures to dealing these issues. How to regulate the development of AI has also caused great controversy in the United States. The United States is trying to find a balance between strengthening supervision and encouraging innovation. Based on the current regulation and legislation system, the United States is actively exploring a regulation path suitable for its own national conditions, which can not only prevent the risk of AI but also encourages the development of AI aiming to ensure the leading edge of the United States.. |
