| This paper first introduces the development of Russian artificial intelligence under its framework of digital economy. The relationship between Russian artificial intelligence and digital economy development is then analyzed, elaborates the legislation situation of Russian digital economy, and the research and development of artificial intelligence in Russia and its legislation are also discussed. Finally, put forwards some enlightenment and suggestions on the legislation of artificial intelligence, hoping to provide reference for China. |
