| 国外对科技奖励制度的研究始于20世纪初，我国对科技奖励制度的研究始于20世纪80年代。本文通过对比研究国内外典型科技奖励制度，分析了国外科技奖励的特点，剖析了我国科技奖励存在的问题，进而提出了完善我国科技奖励制度的政策建议。 |

| Foreign research on science and technology awards began in the early 20th century, while China’s research on science and technology awards began in the 1980s. This paper analyzes the characteristics of foreign science and technology awards and problems in China’s science and technology awards through comparison, then proposes the policy recommendations for improving China’s science and technology reward system. |
