| Science and technology diplomacy is the extension of national strategy of science, technology and innovation, it is also an integral part of diplomacy. This article analyses a number of factors influencing science and technology diplomacy. From the perspective of national interest, diplomacy ideals, science and technology levels, political institutions, ideology, economic power and national security, the article also discusses under which circumstances and to what extent these factors can influence science diplomacy, based on which the strategy and policy of science diplomacy will be studied. |
